At Queen Charlotte Lodge we believe that the dining experience should be as memorable as the fishing! A tall order to be sure, but our Chef and staff work tirelessly to provide our guests with delicious westcoast creations that they'll talk about when they get home!


Our food services won't take a back seat to anyone!  Fresh seafood specialties, premium cuts of meat and fresh produce delivered twice weekly are staples of the program.  With several menu choices available daily, QCL guests look forward to every meal!


Special dietary requirements?  No problem!  Our pre-trip guest questionnaire prompts the Chef in advance but don't hesitate to ask your server about any foodservice- related matter. 


The lodge kitchen is running around the clock to ensure that QCL guests enjoy the best of everything - every day!

 


What better way to top off a fine day's fishing than to share a bottle of fine wine from our preferred selection. Our bartender stocks an enticing variety of bottles from around the world, featuring some standouts from our local BC wineries.
Our humidor is stocked with fine Cuban cigars to savour after dinner or during one of those quiet moments on the water during the fishing day.


We’re very pleased to introduce our QCL Owner’s Reserve wines, sourced  from the foothills of the Andes mountains in the famous Mendoza region of Argentina. The owners of the lodge share a passion for all things QCL and wanted to develop a signature wine for our lodge guests. They have come together and taken an interest in this fine winery in Argentina and discovered these wonderful wines that are bottled specifically for QCL and our guests! We feel these wines offer something special in keeping with the QCL experience.
