Catch the sunset over the world’s finest fishing grounds from the aft deck of the MV Driftwood. With a multitude of customized adjustments, the Driftwood serves as the QCL operations center on the fishing grounds.
The MV Driftwood is the perfect place to take a break during your fishing day to enjoy a full lunch service and coffee that’s always fresh! As a vital part of the Queen Charlotte Lodge experience, the Driftwood crew will ensure you enjoy our legendary hospitality.
Anchored right on the fishing grounds – usually in the quiet water behind Bird 1 or Bird 2 – the Driftwood serves as the hub of our fishing program, providing the perfect place to stay for the die-hard fisherman.
For those who really want to maximize their fishing time, the vessel can accommodate up to 12 guests aboard, who will enjoy the longest fishing day on the coast! A private chef and pampering of a friendly crew make this the ideal accommodation for the keenest anglers.
Come let us show you why the Driftwood is perfect for those who just can’t bear to leave the water after a great day’s fishing!
Queen Charlotte Lodge is heaven on earth. This spectacular resort is nestled in the quiet bay of Naden Harbor, only a 25 minute boat ride to some of the best fishing grounds the west coast has to offer. QCL’s customer service is top notch on all levels, and accommodations are cozy, comfortable and make you feel right at home. While out on the water, look forward to a delicious hot lunch on the MV Driftwood, a beautiful 115ft boat built in the 1940’s that also serves as accommodations for hardcore anglers that don’t want to leave the fishing grounds, to ensure an early start when searching for the coveted Chinook salmon. Fish are plentiful, and so are the great times to be had with fellow anglers.
