Serving as the hub of our food and beverage program, find the Dining Room on the second (mezzanine) level of the Main Lodge. Whether you’re looking for an espresso and fresh baked pastry to start the day, an afternoon bite or 3-course meal and an extensive wine selection, you’ll find it all here. Menus change regularly to reflect the finest of in-season ingredients that arrive at our kitchen door twice weekly.
Breakfast is available 30 minutes prior to earliest boat off the dock. Sip your morning coffee watching the colourful glow of the rising sun and select your preference from our curated breakfast menu.
Whether you’ve taken a break from fishing or are simply choosing to remain ashore, we’re here to serve you. On non-changeover days, lunch is available between the hours of 11:00 am-3:00 pm. The menu features a considered listing of salads and comfort favorites.
Throughout each trip, guests will have an opportunity to experience two styles of service, buffet and a la carte. Each evening we offer globally balanced menus that reflect a sense of time and place. Unwind, taking in the expansive views of Naden Harbour or raise a glass to celebrate.
