With several menu choices available daily, QCL guests look forward to every meal! It’s a tall order to be sure, but our Chef and staff work tirelessly to provide our guests with delicious west coast creations that they’ll talk about even when they get home!
Special dietary requirements? No problem! Our culinary team delivers on special dietary needs every day. All guests are requested to complete a pre-trip questionnaire prior to arrival where this important information can be passed on. Our system prompts the Chef in advance of your trip and we’ll have everything ready for you. But don’t hesitate to ask your server about any food service-related matter.
Of course the beverages form the other half of the F&B story and we consider them an essential part of the menu. Our bartender stocks an enticing variety of bottles from around the world, featuring some standouts from our local BC wineries. You’ll benefit from the expertise of our enthusiastic team members who continuously search for the perfect bottle to add to our list!
While you’re at the lodge you’ll discover our QCL Owner’s Reserve wines, sourced from the foothills of the Andes mountains in the famous Mendoza region of Argentina. The owners of the lodge share a passion for all things QCL and wanted to develop a signature wine for our lodge guests. They have come together and taken an interest in this fine winery in Mendoza where we’ve discovered these wonderful wines, bottled specifically for QCL and our guests! We feel these wines offer something special in keeping with the QCL experience.
